Director, collaborator and educator in film and screen dance.

collaborating dance, film and music to explore new ways of visually telling a story

Screen dance is an art form that merges together dance, film and music, providing a space to share languages to create new ones. It lends itself to a wide range of cinematic and creative possibilities that are site specific, collaborative and above all moving.

This has un-ravelled a body of work that captures the emotional quality of movement, using landscapes, dance and animation and experimenting with the movement of the camera and rhythmic pace of the edit. This collection of work presents a ground breaking trilogy of films placing inclusive dance on an international platform, in association with Freefall Dance Company and Birmingham Royal Ballet, followed by a series of shorts from the autobiographical to the conceptual reaching over 1.2 million audiences worldwide.
